Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Return Process

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we will offer an exchange or full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
